Training

We offer flexible training options for different skill levels and types of users. Training is either delivered on-site in a computer lab or via conference call.

Onsite Training

Technology trainings are conducted in a computer lab by an expert trainer and are designed to provide participants with hands-on, real-world experience learning and using the product.

  • Beginner - Reviews basic computer skills, site navigation, and an overview of site features. Instructs and demonstrates data entry, report generation, and the use of online planning resources.
  • Advanced - Focuses on the connection between assessment and curriculum, and utilizing information for program improvement. Provides in-depth training on the individualized and group planning tools offered.

Phone Training

Phone trainings offer a low-cost option to be utilized throughout the year for specialized or seasonal topics, or for ongoing training for new hires. Phone training participants dial into a conference call while navigating the system on their own or while watching a lead computer.
