  • Technical Support: Toll-free phone and email support is available Monday-Friday, from 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST


  • Account Management: Account Managers discuss implementation strategies, assist administrators in planning staff training, and provide ongoing support to programs throughout the academic year


  • Materials: Toolkits, guides, and other best practices materials for teachers and administrators are available for download at any time


  • Phone Training: A complimentary phone training for lead administrators is included in each SchoolSuccess license
